In this area we can offer the following:

Sole Traders/Partnerships

We can prepare annual accounts to see how your business is performing and also to comply with Inland Revenue, bankers and other creditors requirements.

Accounts can be produced monthly or quarterly to keep you up to date and to assist in the day-to-day running of the business. At all times valuable advice will be at hand.

Limited Companies

We can produce annual accounts in conformity with current legislation and for filing with Companies House each year.

Accounts can be audited or non-audited depending in the size of your business and bankers/creditors requirements. Audited accounts will always give the user of the accounts greater reassurance and can be prepared for an extra cost.

All company secretarial work can be provided such as completing the necessary Companies House Annual Return, and advice on company structure/shareholdings and dividend payments.
